To give you a better idea of how we structure this "Train and Play" evolution, here is the core framework we use:
Ball Mastery: The one-player, one-ball foundation to improve touch and control.
Receiving & Passing: Developing the "first touch" to create time and space.
1v1 Moves: Mastering the feints and changes of direction that beat defenders.
Speed: Improving agility and reaction time with and without the ball.
Group Play: Putting it all together in small-sided tactical scenarios.
Who: Girls Born between (August 1, 2017 to July 31, 2019)
When: Mondays 4/27, 5/4, and 5/11
Where: Blue Springs Fieldhouse (South 1/3)
Time: 545-645pm
